Search The Multiple Listing Service

We offer you two ways to search for lake front homes at Lake Martin, including The Lake Martin Area Association of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service database of over 400 homes, For Sale By Owner (FSBO), and builder owned new homes.

- (For the "I'm new at this and need some help") You fill out our "Home Form" and one of our exclusive buyer agents will do your search for you and send you fact sheets with photos of the houses that meet your requirements by email, snail mail or fax.

- (the "I'm not quite ready to buy yet buyer") The information fields you get are limited to those approved by the MLS and does not include listings of REALTORS® who have "opted out" of the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program. It also does not include HUD, VA, bank, and mortgage company foreclosures, unlisted new homes, and For Sale By Owners (FSBOs). There is a Shopping Cart feature so you can save the houses that interest you.
